You’ve Got Questions — We’ve Got Answers

Below you'll find answers to questions we get asked the most about our hiring process.

Pediatrics

How long is each contract?

Our contracts are typically 6 to 120 weeks long depending on the client. Some of our government contracts have lasted longer. Your recruiter will go over the length of your contract during your initial phone interview.

If your contract is ending soon, please reach out to us to learn more about upcoming opportunities.

What happens after I submit my resume?

Once we have reviewed your resume, a senior recruiter will contact you to go over the credentialing process and any additional information needed.

Do you offer a travel package for nurses?

Yes. Most of our positions include lodging, meal stipends, and more! Your recruiter will provide you with more details since each salary package is different.

How soon can I start?

Assignments generally start within a few weeks or months, depending on our clients needs. Be sure to submit all required documents to avoid any delays. This includes resume, license, certs, diplomas, etc.

I did not see my ideal position listed on your website, should I still apply?

Yes. We will collect your information and create a profile of your interests. By doing this, we can fast-track you as soon as the opportunity becomes available. Click here to fill out an application.

Is there Relocation Assistance?

This depends on the client. At the time of your telephone interview, your recruiter will provide you with relocation information if it applies to your position. If applicable, as soon as you accept an offer, a preferred realtor will connect you with housing and licensing information.

When should I expect to receive a decision from the Hospital?

In most cases, your personal recruiter will provide immediate feedback following the interview. A discussion of pay, benefits, relocation, offer conditions, and start dates will also take place during this time.

Do I need to submit a copy of my Covid-19 vaccination card?

In some cases, yes. Since some of our clients require confirmation of your vaccination status, we require a copy of your Covid-19 vaccination card. Exemptions may be sought for documented medical conditions and sincerely held religious beliefs.

Whose employee am I?

Should you accept a position, you will become a core staff employee of our partner agency and/or organization, not an employee of Medline Search Partners.

What if I am interested in interviewing at the hospital?

Your recruiter will walk you through every step of the process, including travel & hotel accommodations, directions, the application process, and documentation requirements. You will meet the Nurse Manager or designee for your particular specialty during the hospital interview. During the tour, you will learn more about the unit, the patient population, scheduling, shifts, staffing ratios, EMR, orientation, etc.
